Roy in the Clouds

Roy in the Clouds is a animated concept Caleb Hystad and I came up with some years ago. Roy is the orange fellow with the high belt, he's a simpleton who for the most part enjoys life to the fullest, he may also be quite sensitive at times. On the couch is Roy's roommate, a mute who is assumed to be named Phil cause it's written upon him. I did this colour concept recently to revisit the idea.

Scarf

This digital paint was based on a girl I saw at a pub one day a while back, I did a small fast sketch of her then a couple weeks later coloured it. I don't think I captured her likeness at all but I suppose I wasn't really going for that, her scarf just caught my eye.
