I've been reading the collected black and white Conan comics, they're super rad, lots of great art by John Buscema. This painting is of a scene where Conan casually let's a Bandit Chief he's been working with know that the Chief's men are now loyal only to Conan and the Chief is now redundant. Chief gets mad and they fight.
